I hope this note finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy.
Governor Gavin Newsom said Monday that salons could expect their industry-specific guidelines for reopening next week. So long as businesses meet the yet-to-be-released guidelines, they will be able to begin serving customers again. We will not be offering any skincare services until Mid or Late June, though we are anxious to open our doors and see all of you.
Instead, we are taking every reasonable precaution to identify a date where we feel safe to reopen. We’re not only taking into consideration the implementation of additional stringent sanitation protocols but also how reopening affects our employees with personal or family health concerns and childcare needs. We’re thankful we now have tentative guidelines from the government about how and when we can open, but ultimately, we have been working on plans for a while to open our doors at Bel Viso Skincare — on our terms.
While I know, there are many of you ready to return to Bel Viso — and we are missing you just as much — I also know that many of you are rightfully concerned about the spread of the virus and the impact it might have on your family, friends, and society at large. These, and everything in between, are understandable feelings. We are working tirelessly to review best practices to implement every safety and sanitation measure to ensure we can reopen with confidence so that we are not putting our team, our clients, or our family members at risk.
I will continue to do my best to communicate our intentions and reopening plans with you. Be the first to know when we’re opening our books for appointments by visiting our website for updates www.bvskincare.com. As this situation continues to evolve every day, and we learn more about the best path forward for Bel Viso, please know that we are doing everything we can to do this in the safest way possible.
Thank you for your continued support. We’re looking forward to caring for you soon!
